Shipping policy

We ship items within 2 business days of order.  Items that are custom ordered require at least 10 business days to build,finish and ship. We ship the most economical way for our customers.  We use UPS  or USPS. If the cart has overcharged on shipping cost we refund the overage upon day of shipment back thru your method of payment.

If item arrives broken, you must save all packing materials,box, etc...  Please provide pictures of item, box condition, packing materials, etc..  We will file a report thru the carrier for a refund.
